Mail will not open. Mail will open for a second and then it closes on its own

iPad will not charge up when plugged into the computer.

I have an Iphone for both 3G and Wi-Fi. For my understanding, Iphone would pick up Wi-Fi if there’s any available. But it shows 3G when I’m not using the phone, as soon as I unlock the phone, it shows Wi-Fi again. Is that normal?

 

Also, I have 2 email accounts link to the phone. I’ve set up “Push” to fetch the new data for both accounts, so how often would it fetch!?!? I thought it would be right away, but sometimes I don’t get any notice until I manually click on EMAIL to check the email. Also it only beeps when there’s new mails for ONE account but not another.

 

Is there anything I can do to fix this!?!?
